Bradwell War Memorial Hall
Join us for one of Noel Coward's most popular plays. This supernatural comedy has classic Coward wit, sparkling dialogue and ghostly chaos!
Please note that HADIT are relocating to Bradwell Memorial Hall for this production! Due to serious water damage following a leak in Hope Methodist Hall we are unable to perform there for the foreseeable future. Our thanks for the generous support of Centenary Players as well as for the cooperation of their regular hall users.
Tickets £10. On sale from 3 April.

In Autumn 2026 we are planing to stage our postponed production of the hilarious wartime drama, 'Allo 'Allo. Further details to follow in early Autumn.
We are an Amateur Dramatic group based in the Hope Valley - the heart of the Peak District - who enjoy putting on productions for the local community. We welcome new members to come along and join in whether it be on the boards or back stage. Contact any of the committee for more details.
On a cold winter’s night in the Cheese someone slurred “I’ve always wanted to do a pantomime . . .”. Yet more pints later, and HADIT was born! A flurry of meetings and auditions followed, along with some serious fund raising and enthusiastic community support. Cinderella took to the boards in March 2010. We now have five pantos, seventeen plays, one live radio play, one semi-staged reading and seven Wake’s Week Murder Mysteries under our belts.
We rehearse on Mondays and Wednesdays. Our main performance venue is Hope Methodist Hall.
New members will be made very welcome, whether as actors or for help with one or more of the many other aspects of a production. These include directing, choreography, music, set building, costume, props, stage management, lighting, sound and front of house.
We organise social evenings and theatre trips, as well as open play readings and stagecraft sessions when we aren’t in rehearsal. We have also continued the way we started, with regular Wednesday get togethers in the Old Hall.
